These Terms & Conditions provide general information about the services offered by CarsBros Ltd and the use of this website. Specific terms relating to a vehicle purchase, vehicle sourcing request or finance agreement may also be provided separately where applicable.

1. About CarsBros

CarsBros Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16820591.

CarsBros provides vehicle sales and vehicle sourcing services.

CarsBros Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit broking activities. FCA Firm Reference Number: 1052310.

2. Vehicle information

I take reasonable care to ensure that information provided about vehicles is accurate and up to date.

Used vehicles may show signs of age, mileage and previous use. Vehicle specifications, features, condition and history should be considered alongside the information provided for the individual vehicle.

Customers are encouraged to review the vehicle information provided and ask any questions before completing a purchase.

3. Vehicle sourcing

CarsBros may assist customers in finding a vehicle based on their individual requirements.

Submitting a vehicle enquiry or sourcing request does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be available.

Before CarsBros proceeds with a specific vehicle, relevant details, costs and any applicable deposit or payment requirements will be explained to the customer.

Any additional terms applying to a particular vehicle sourcing arrangement will be provided separately where required.

4. Prices and payments

Vehicle prices and any other charges will be clearly communicated before a customer completes a purchase.

Any deposit or payment terms applicable to a particular vehicle will be explained before payment is taken.

CarsBros reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors before a contract for the purchase of a vehicle has been concluded.

5. Vehicle inspection and preparation

CarsBros takes reasonable steps to assess the condition, history and suitability of vehicles before offering them for sale.

Checks and inspections are intended to reduce the risks associated with purchasing a used vehicle but cannot guarantee that a vehicle will remain free from future faults or maintenance requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes a customer’s statutory rights.

6. Finance

CarsBros Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender.

Finance is subject to status, eligibility and the terms and conditions of the relevant finance provider. CarsBros cannot guarantee that a finance application will be accepted.

CarsBros may introduce customers to selected finance providers or finance platforms.

CarsBros may receive commission or other remuneration from a finance provider for arranging or introducing finance. Where required, information about the existence and nature of the commission will be provided before a finance agreement is entered into. Further information, including the amount of commission where applicable, is available on request.

The finance agreement is between the customer and the relevant finance provider and will be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UK law.

Where statutory cancellation or other consumer rights apply to a particular transaction, those rights will not be restricted by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Website information

The information provided on this website is intended for general information and may be updated from time to time.

CarsBros takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

Vehicle availability, prices and specifications may change.

9. Third-party services

The CarsBros website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including finance providers, online forms and other external services.

CarsBros is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites or services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

10. Complaints
